Qualifications:

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid AA Mississippi license with endorsements 486 or 487 (AAA/AAAA preferred); excellent written and oral communication skills; proven human relations and personnel appraisal skills; assertive disciplinarian and skilled in parent/community involvement; five (5) years of successful teaching experience, preferably in the area of Secondary Education and two (2) years of successful experience as a principal; Documented evidence of administrative ability with emphasis on good interpersonal relations. Must pass a criminal background check as prescribed by state statute.
