Product Coordinator

This role offers competitive compensation ($21-$23/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.

The Product Coordinator will be working closely with the Design Engineering team to facilitate the creation and management of special part numbers and engineering drawings, as well as coordinating engineering change requests and printing work orders for production.

Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Associates Degree Preferred

• Experience in an office or engineering environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Moderate level of PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and e-mail

• Experience with SAP Enterprise software

Description:

• Coordinate loading and maintaining engineering documents (drawings) in SAP.

• Create new part numbers and manage bill of materials (BOM) accuracy.

• Generate and manage work orders.

• Create and maintain all ECOs (Engineering Change Orders)

• Host and report on the weekly status of open and completed ECOs.

• Print and track repeat work orders for the Operations department.

• Provide general support to all aspects of the Engineering department.
