Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring Production Operators for a leading medical products manufacturing company. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:

• Operating and supporting the operation of assigned manufacturing equipment.
• Conducting line inspections according to approved processes and/or established procedures.
• Setting up, performing adjustments, and operating basic production equipment.
• Communicating equipment problems to work cell lead and documenting issues.
• Staging materials for specified jobs and completing daily labor tracking sheets.
• Completing documentation for operations performed.
• Verifying drawing and documentation revision numbers.
• Meeting and supporting established production goals.
• Collecting, recording, and entering trending data into spreadsheets.
• Carrying out duties in compliance with established business policies.

Skills / Pre-requisites:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to follow oral and written procedures and recognize deviations from normal processes.
• Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and unit conversion.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Basic mechanical skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to take direction from others.
• Ability to interact and ask questions with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to communicate production issues or quality problems effectively.
• Willingness to learn new production line skills and exercise flexibility.
