Program Manager Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Training Contractor for the Foreign Language and Culture Branch to lead the development and delivery of a specialized Program of Study. This role involves designing and implementing advanced courses focused on regional expertise, culture, and global affairs, utilizing modern educational methodologies and technologies. The contractor will collaborate closely with government stakeholders to enhance the NGA workforce's analytical skills through customized educational programs. Responsibilities include course material development, administrative management, and ongoing program improvements, all conducted remotely.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Develop and adapt training curriculum aligned with current global events and regional needs.
- Conduct virtual training sessions using approved platforms like Microsoft Teams.
- Employ student-centered instructional strategies to maximize engagement and learning.
- Create and maintain comprehensive course materials, ensuring Section 508 compliance.
- Update and manage course materials in collaboration with the Government Course Manager.
- Oversee administrative tasks, course registrations, and attendance tracking.
- Provide technical support for online content and ensure its relevance and accessibility.
- Perform course assessments and facilitate feedback sessions to enhance program quality.
- Monitor and report on student engagement and completion rates.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 10 years of experience in adult education, encompassing instruction, facilitation, and course design.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program and personnel management within deadline-driven environments.
