Job Description - Program Manager - Care Navigation Operations - Remote
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Program Manager to join our team, dedicated to enhancing and expanding our Care Navigation initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead projects aimed at optimizing workflows, refining roles, and fostering the growth of our clinical support team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual contributor to make a significant impact while collaborating closely with various departments within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders from business intelligence, data science, product development, sales, and operations to identify opportunities for enhancing performance and implementing sustainable improvements. Work closely with Care Navigation leadership and managers to gather insights, address challenges, and capitalize on growth opportunities within the team. Develop comprehensive business proposals outlining objectives, strategies, implementation plans, and value propositions for Care Navigation initiatives. Establish KPI tracking mechanisms and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards for monitoring performance metrics. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective operational processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Director of Care Navigation Operations. Develop capacity and budget models, and oversee the approval, recruitment, and onboarding processes for new or revised positions. Support Product teams in the design and implementation of necessary technology features to enhance Care Navigation capabilities. Qualifications: Extensive experience in operations, healthcare, and strategic management, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically. A master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of cross-functional experience in a high-growth startup or healthcare program management role. Proven track record as a top performer and collaborative leader who excels in a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation. Self-starter with a strong ability to work autonomously and build effective relationships both internally and externally. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities. Additional Information: The target salary range for this position is $97,700 - $114,500, accompanied by a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay.
