Responsibilities
• Develop and implement project management efficiencies • Collaborate with district team and school administrators • Prepare annual reports and disseminate information • Identify potential issues and obstacles and take proactive action • Serve on state, district, community, and professional committees • Support the purchase and distribution of resource materials • Provide administrative and clerical support • Communicate in more than one language or learn to communicate • Perform other assigned duties • Maintain regular attendance
Requirements
• Knowledge of project management process and protocols • Efficiency based practices: process flow, communication, analysis • Familiarity with district practices, policies, and procedures • Proficiency in oral and written communication • Understanding of laws, rules, and regulations • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy • Budget preparation and control • Prepare and deliver oral presentations • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships • Organize resources and establish priorities
