Job Description - Project Manager - Marketing - Remote

Position Title: Project Manager (Marketing Team) Are you an exceptionally organized and proactive individual with a passion for project management? We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the planning, production, and coordination of various marketing projects and collateral, including promotional campaigns, hallmark events, and other recurring and ad hoc initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Project Triage and Management: Efficiently manage all incoming marketing requests, assign projects to the appropriate team members, and develop comprehensive project timelines to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion. Communication and Collaboration: Proactively communicate project statuses, remove barriers, and actively participate in weekly huddles to facilitate the smooth progression of marketing projects. Foster collaboration between Editing, Design, Communications, and Production Teams to drive successful marketing campaigns and projects. Internal Communication Strategies: Lead internal communication strategies, including executive messages, All-Hands meetings, and support for other internal events, ensuring effective dissemination of information across the organization. External Event Management: Plan and manage external events such as trade shows and conferences, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the success and seamless progression of tasks, particularly in flagship events like the "Best in KLAS" event. Sales Support and Distribution: Maintain sales support materials, assist the Production team, and manage distribution partnerships, providing backup support for the Production Manager when necessary. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Professionalism and Anticipatory Skills: Possess a high degree of professionalism with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges. Strategic Thinking and Independence: Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader organizational goals. Critical Thinking and Decision-Making: Exhibit excellent critical thinking skills and decision-making abilities, with a capacity to engage in crucial conversations when needed. Understanding of Company Function and Vision: Ability to develop a deep understanding of company function, vision, and the specific needs of the marketing team. Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Administration, Communication, or a related field. Relevant certifications and experience will also be considered. Healthcare experience or knowledge is advantageous.
