Job Description - Provider Relations Specialist II

Wage : $20/hour

:

Maintains contract knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate and compliant information.

Performs administrative updates and changes within service standards.

Resolves complaints and assists with customer escalations

Partners with large dental service organizations (DSO’s) on all of their administrative needs

Assists with system enhancement development and testing.

Provides back up support to other positions in the department.

Retrieves customer call back or email requests; resolves customer issues and concerns.

Other duties as assigned.

Hours/Shift:

Training Schedule: 8:15am - 5:00pm Mon - Thu; 7:45am - 4:30pm Fri

Post Training Schedule: 8:45am - 5:30pm Mon - Thu; 7:45am - 4:30pm Fri

On site Training for 1st week in Lincoln, Nebraska.

After 1st week, position will be remote in the Lincoln, Nebraska area.
