Responsibilities

SUMMARY – Provides supervised psychological testing and scoring in the areas of cognitive skills, personality, academic achievement, occupational/vocational interests, etc. Provides written and verbal report of test results and behavioral observations to supervising psychologist. Assists staff psychologists in treating patients referred for certain types of cognitive and behavioral remediation. Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field required.

Qualifications

MINIMUM

Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required.

National Association of Psychometrists ( NAP ) certification required within 4 years of hire/transfer. (This certification is to be tracked by the facility under the PROFDEVL code.)

Computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets, slide show presentations, and computerized neuropsychological assessment and statistical software required.

PREFERRED

Master’s Degree preferred.

2 years experience in healthcare field with direct patient contact preferred.

Previous training in neuropsychological test administration preferred.

Pay Range

$21.70 – $29.84 /hour
