Quality Assurance Associate

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join one of our partners as a Quality Assurance Associate.

While previous experience in Quality Assurance is not required, the ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. This position offers the opportunity for growth and potential transition to a permanent role within the company.

DUTIES

• Scan and upload documents to our server using designated equipment and software.

• Assist with filing and indexing projects to ensure efficient organization of records.

• Perform tasks related to filing, archiving, and maintaining document integrity.

• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative needs as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes and software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with basic filing concepts and document management principles.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

PREFERRED

• Experience with document scanning and imaging equipment.

• Previous exposure to quality assurance processes or related fields.

OTHER DETAILS

• Flexible work schedule (Part-Time or Full-Time).
