Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Administrator. As the first point of contact for clients, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our firm. This position requires a multitasker who is detail-oriented, proficient with technology, and possesses excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities :

  • : Manage incoming calls professionally, directing them to the

appropriate person or department.

  • : Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient

workflow and timely completion of assignments.

  • : Maintain a systematic filing system for both physical and electronic

documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

  • : Respond promptly to emails, inquiries, and client communications

with a high level of professionalism.

  • : Provide support in various administrative tasks to enhance

office efficiency and productivity.

  • : Utilize computer systems like the Microsoft Suite, Google Calendar, Hub Spot, and Sparks, and other relevant software application for daily tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or office administrative role preferred.
  • Tax experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Resourceful, ability to problem solve

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
