C Bennett Building Supply Inc. in O'Fallon, MO is looking to hire a part-time Receptionist - Office Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and general office support. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST - OFFICE ASSISTANT

In this entry-level office position, you're the face and voice of our company! Most of your time is spent answering phones, routing calls, and greeting customers when they come into the office. Whether communicating in person or over the phone, you're always kind, courteous, and sincere. You do well under pressure as you manage multiple phone lines and dispatch each call to the correct staff member. Even when it's busy, you manage to communicate with patience and professionalism.

In addition to working one on one with customers, you perform a variety of administrative tasks. Some of your usual duties include scanning invoices, filing, ordering supplies, mailing, managing reservations, and calling in service requests as needed. You love providing great customer service and playing a vital role in helping our company to operate smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid communication skills
