Nature and Scope :
Under the direction of the Group Vice President/Branch Executive and/or Associate Branch Executive, The Regional Office Manager will provide administration and operational management functions to two YMCA branch locations. This role will also provide administrative support to the Human Resource function as needed, including record keeping, file maintenance, recruiting and HRIS entry.
In this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, working for an organization that is committed to serving and including all with a focus on the employee experience who strive to support the communities we serve across the Metro Atlanta area.

EFFECT ON END RESULT: This position has a primary impact on the overall effectiveness of the Branch and serves as critical partner and liaison to Association services which helps in ensuring the success of programs and services to the community. The effectiveness of this position is primarily measured by sound partnerships, the stated satisfaction of staff and members and a sound fiscal position of those departments.
