Our nurses deliver exceptional care across the continuum.

+ Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories

+ Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments

+ Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients’ condition.

+ Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

+ Case management and coordination

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:

+ A current nursing license in good standing in the state

+ Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
