Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice (Flexible Schedule)

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking compassionate per diem Registered Nurses (RN's) in the Sussex County and Morris County areas to work various days of the week at a Hospice Facility. The shifts vary from day to day; however, the shift assignments are:

• 7:00am to 7:00pm (12 hours)
• 7:00pm to 7:00am (12 hours)

Work when you want to, where you want to, from as little as 1 shift to 5 shifts per week! Essential Job responsibilities:

• Provide respectful and compassionate care to patients in the facility
• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the facility Plan of Care
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided

Experience & Education Requirements:

• Valid nursing license in the state of New Jersey
• Six (6) months of experience in hospital or long-term care environment required
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal history background check at time of hire
• Reliable transportation
