As an Administrative Assistant in our Care Management department, you'll play a key role in supporting our dynamic team through various clerical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Execute various clerical and administrative duties with precision and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively and provide crucial information to both internal and external stakeholders, which may include reports, flyers, and data collection. Handle service requests swiftly and accurately, ensuring excellent service delivery. Organize and manage documentation for multiple projects, ensuring everything is accessible and in compliance with our policies. Play an active role in team meetings, keeping track of tasks and project progress, and ensuring seamless communication across the board. Oversee the creation, management, and review of invoices to ensure accurate financial documentation. Organize and manage logistics for meetings, which may include coordinating food services and room arrangements. Experienced in medical front office duties, patient intake, or medical claims processing. A proficient user of Microsoft and Adobe suites. A strong communicator with impeccable written and verbal skills. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. Knowledgeable in medical terminology and familiar with ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS codes (desirable). You are proactive, independent, and possess strong organizational skills.
