Job Description:

The Associate Digital Producer will play a pivotal role in our content acceleration project, overseeing the production lifecycle from start to finish. This individual will have the opportunity to develop digital marketing skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaign and channel-focused projects. Additionally, they will participate in production workflows within our Content Management System (CMS), including quality assurance, page building, localization, and maintenance.

Throughout their tenure, the Associate Digital Producer will master our tech stack, with a focus on Contentful CMS, Rock Content's Ion's interactive content builder, and other tools and integrations. They will provide day-to-day project management and execution for digital projects and initiatives, working closely with multiple design and development teams, as well as stakeholders from various departments, including the SEO team, designers, engineers, copywriters, product marketing, marketing project management, other digital producers, and singular stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Focus on our content acceleration project from start to finish with a production angle.
• Learn digital marketing skills in support of campaign and channel-focused projects.
• Participate in production workflows in our CMS, including QA, page building, localization, and maintenance.
• Master our tech stack, focusing on Contentful CMS, Rock Content's Ion's interactive content builder, and other tools and integrations.
• Provide day-to-day project management and execution for digital projects and initiatives with multiple design and development teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings needed for digital projects planning and execution.
• Take part in multiple team meetings discussing upcoming and current projects.
• Follow and track digital production progress to ensure project success.
• Understand when to escalate any blockers along the way.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Experience with any content management system (CMS). Contentful experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML.
• Some experience with graphic design or designing on-page experiences.
• Experience with or an interest in learning project management systems such as Workfront or Jira.
• Understanding of SEO with an interest in utilizing it within a backend environment.
• Enjoy working with others to break down projects into tactical items and see them through to launch.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with digital marketing practices and strategies.
• Experience with interactive content creation tools.
• Knowledge of localization processes and best practices.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
