Position Purpose:The Chief of Staff (COS) for Institutional Diversity & Equity (IDE) serves as a key strategic advisor to the Senior Vice President & Senior Diversity Officer, working in partnership with the senior leadership in IDE to refine and implement a divisional strategy and roadmap for IDE across campus. Reporting to the SVP, the COS will help prioritize and drive the activities of the IDE while planning and formulating future goals. Provides day-to-day support to the SVP on a wide variety of administrative matters, including written correspondence. Upon request and as appropriate, the COS will manage the SVP’s relationship to Dartmouth departments, professional schools, and others as well as staff assigned meetings.
