The Position The client service associate is a proactive team player who supports our clients and the consultants who lead the various fundraising/mission development projects and business development. The client service associate is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and a problem-solver. The ideal candidate has experience in the non-profit sector, loves to get things done, and relentlessly delivers prompt, accurate, and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities - Manage calendars, timelines, and schedules related to client and partner projects.
- Coordinate and fulfill project administration with the client and consultant including data entry, acknowledgments, reports, agendas, memos, assignment lists, appointments, etc.
- Ensure all project activity is recorded and maintain timely follow-up.
- Assist with gathering, analysis, and presentation of primary and secondary research.
- Prepare, proofread, format, and edit various documents as requested by Client Service Manager.
- Manage virtual office operations (business cards, conference materials, print jobs, software licenses, contracts, etc.).
Qualifications - Two or more years of client service, ideally with experience in the non-profit sector.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment; flexibility and adaptability are a must.
- A deadline-driven individual who can balance multiple projects, timelines, and client expectations with a “can-do” approach.
- Maintain a calm, confident, professional presence.
- Emotional intelligence to engage and win the confidence of a wide range of stakeholders in a variety of client cultures.
- Ability to listen actively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to effectively present project-related information to internal and external stakeholders.
Most of our clients are faith-based. Comfort working closely with these types of organizations is required.
This role reports to the Client Service Manager.
Technical Skills Required: - Hubspot or similar CRM platforms
- Office 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/SharePoint)

Compensation, Hours and More:
- This is a remote position.
- Personal computer is needed.
- This long term, contract role is 12-14 hours/week.
- Compensation is $22-$25/hour with the goal of moving to a retainer after 3 months and potentially increasing to 15-20 hours a week in 6 months.
- Expert command of the English language is a must.
- While many of the CSA’s responsibilities can be done at any time/day, some workday availability is a must. At a minimum, the right candidate will be available for at least two two-hour blocks of availability during regular Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm EST business hours each week.
