Job Description - Coordinator, Clinical Support

Job summary
Provide support to clinical operations by retrieving medical records and processing file preparation/assembly, records scan requests, and medical invoices. Perform routine work according to established procedures and guidelines. Manage caseload, resolve escalations, and support change management initiatives.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Request/retrieve medical records and process physician file preparation/assembly, records scan requests, and medical invoices for payment. • Document referrals, invoices, and status calls accurately. • Manage assigned caseload to meet departmental productivity, quality, and time service standards. • Meet telephone service commitments and reply to customer inquiries/voicemails. • Complete rush record requests same day. • Resolve customer or client escalations with management support. • Support and promote change management initiatives. • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies. • Make a positive contribution by offering suggestions for improvement and learning new skills. • Stay current in profession and industry trends. • Perform other assigned duties and work overtime as needed.
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED. • Nice to have an Associate's Degree or additional training certificates. • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
