Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Summary: We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Customer Service Manager to spearhead our commitment to customer satisfaction. As an integral part of our team, you'll craft strategies to ensure top-notch service, handle customer concerns with finesse, and drive continuous enhancements in our overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement high-quality customer service standards, policies, and procedures
Lead and guide a team of customer service representatives with enthusiasm and expertise
Keep a keen eye on customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics, and leverage insights to make meaningful improvements
Identify and rectify service gaps, implementing necessary actions for improvement
Work closely with internal teams to address customer issues promptly and enhance the overall customer journey
Develop and execute training initiatives to refine the customer service skills of our team members
Cultivate a customer-centric ethos across the organization
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of our customer service efforts
Fulfill other duties as directed by management
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience in customer service management, preferably within a similar industry
Demonstrated success in elevating customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities seamlessly
Proficient in analyzing data and drawing actionable insights
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
Working Conditions: Work can be carried out both remotely and in-office.
Occasional travel to other locations or meetings may be required.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs
