Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to caregivers, CNAs, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and compassionate work environment. Empower staff to deliver exceptional, person-centered care. Analyze staffing and performance data to optimize care delivery. Clinical Oversight: Develop and implement policies and procedures for dementia care. Monitor and assess residents' health conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans. Oversee medication administration and regulatory compliance. Family and Resident Engagement: Maintain effective communication with residents' families. Promote resident engagement and quality of life through personalized care plans. Education and Training: Provide ongoing education on dementia care techniques and safety protocols. Stay updated on the latest developments in dementia care. Budget Management: Participate in budget development and resource allocation. Rotating On-Call: Provide after-hours support on a rotating basis. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse licensure in Minnesota with at least five years of healthcare management experience. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with dementia. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with assisted living and proficiency in regulatory compliance. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
