Description We are seeking a motivated Executive Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation team. The Executive Compensation Analyst will play a key role in supporting the administration of our executive compensation programs. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about compensation and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Compensation Analyst , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective design, implementation, and management of executive compensation programs within our organization. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Executive Compensation, you will provide analytical support, financial modeling, and compensation analysis.

  • Program Administration:
    • Assist in administering executive compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, executive benefits, perquisites, and employee inquiries.
    • Contribute to the development of job descriptions, job evaluations, and salary structures.
  • Annual Compensation Process:
    • Model different compensation scenarios to evaluate impacts.
    • Participate in the annual compensation process, including salary adjustments, bonus calculations, and long-term incentive awards.
  • Survey Participation and Analysis:
    • Benchmark executive pay against market standards by participating in external compensation surveys.
    • Analyze survey data to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Compensation Committee Meetings:
    • Assist in data analysis and preparation of supporting materials for the Compensation Committee meetings of the Board of Directors.
  • Communications:
    • Assist in developing clear and concise communication materials related to executive compensation programs.
  • Public Reporting and Assessments:
    • Assist in gathering data required for the preparation of proxy statements, including the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) section.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Financial Reporting, and ESG, on SEC filings, executive compensation disclosures, and assessments.
  • Compensation Systems Support and Testing:
    • Work with HRIS to maintain accurate compensation data.
    • Assist in testing system enhancements or changes related to executive compensation.
  • Executive Compensation Audits:
    • Support internal and external audits related to executive compensation.
    • Maintain documentation and records for audit purposes.
  • Compensation Reporting and Projects:
    • Generate reports and analyze compensation data for various stakeholders.
    • Respond to ad-hoc data requests related to executive compensation.
    • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to executive compensation, as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED and four (4) years’ experience in compensation or related field OR
  • Bachelor’s degree Finance, Business, Accounting, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis placed on Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and perform quantitative analysis.
  • Dedication to precision, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Works well both collaboratively and independently, through the application of problem-solving techniques.
  • Willing and able to travel upon need.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • (3) to (5) years’ compensation (or related) experience preferred.
  • Master’s degree in related field a plus, but not required.
  • Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) a plus, but not required.

  • Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
What We Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $62,000-$85,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
