We are seeking a visionary and dedicated Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Hospital Administrator to lead our hospital in Las Vegas. The CEO will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of outstanding healthcare services while fulfilling our mission of providing compassionate, expert care. This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships within the local community, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to foster an environment conducive to growth and excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Operations Management: Drive the implementation of strategic goals and operational plans to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Provide administrative oversight, guiding the management of human, operational, and financial resources across the facility. Champion the development of innovative outpatient care and ambulatory programs. Lead the preparation and adherence to operating and capital budgets, ensuring compliance and prudent management of resources. Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture positive relationships with local industries, governmental entities, and the broader community to promote public awareness and support for the hospital. Represent the hospital in community organizations, enhancing the hospital's profile and community engagement.
