Team-building activities and outings Position Overview: As a Market Support Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing strong client relationships by ensuring seamless communication and advocating for their needs within our organization. While this position is currently remote, it's important to note that occasional in-person team meetings in Salt Lake City are essential. Essential Job Functions: Promptly and effectively respond to client inquiries and requests
Coordinate internal processes to fulfill client orders, including insertion and change orders
Collaborate with sales and support teams to gather necessary information for successful campaign execution
Compile and communicate project strategy, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders
Oversee all client projects from a high level, ensuring timely completion in collaboration with project managers
Participate in client calls, offering insights to sales and fulfillment teams
Proactively identify opportunities for product and service enhancements based on client feedback
Conduct daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination of team activities
Perform market research and analyze consumer feedback to inform decision-making
Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather essential data from various sources, such as social media and web analytics
Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets, databases, and inventories
Schedule meetings and coordinate participant availability and technology requirements
Foster ongoing internal communication among sales, support, and fulfillment teams
Undertake any additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent writing and communication skills
Proficiency in email, Microsoft Excel (or equivalent), and calendar scheduling tools
