Position Overview: As a contract-based therapist, you will have the flexibility to create access to care for mothers while maintaining autonomy over your client load. Engage in individual therapy sessions with clients, collaborate with our support team, and contribute to our collective mission of providing exceptional maternal mental health care. Compensation: $45-$49/hour | Newly trained to 2 years maternal mental health experience
$50-$55/hour | 2 to 5 years maternal mental health experience
$56-$60/hour | 5+ years maternal mental health experience
Responsibilities: Conduct individual outpatient therapy sessions on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis.
Maintain a caseload of 5 clients per week and communicate availability and scheduling needs.
Ensure timely documentation and maintain accurate client records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in client care.
Provide diagnoses, treatment plans, and therapeutic care.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or similar field.
Full licensure (LMFT, LPC-MHSP, LCSW) required.
PMH-C preferred; Maternal Mental Health training required.
Comfortable with telehealth services and electronic health record systems.
