NOTE: This position has the option to work remote.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in programming PowerApps, Dataverse, and associated Microsoft development tools. OR HS/GED Degree in No degree requirements.Experience designing, developing, and maintaining Power Automate Power Apps solutions. Advanced knowledge of managing SharePoint Lists and document libraries. Working experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Strong understanding of backend development concepts and experience with custom coding. Understanding of group permission best practices. Knowledge of data joins, appends, AD permission groups and DAX scripting. Excellent computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Sound understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods. Knowledge of working in a government environment is preferred.Experience required with Windows, MS ExcelSharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse, Power BIDuties:The assignment is with the Agricultural Research Service, Administrative and Financial Management Organization, Human Resources Division. The project entails developing tools within the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, SharePoint and other Power Platform tools and technologies. NOTE: This position has the option to work remote.Develop PowerApps that include obtaining end user data entry, creating custom if/then decision trees, automated collection into SharePoint lists, and automated emails based upon multiple field entries.40%Translating business requirements into technical solutions including streamlining/improving current PowerPlatform solutions.30%Creating custom Power BI Dashboards including the need for complex data joins, custom DAX calculations, and nested AD permissioning to protect PII.30%Other:Training will be provided as necessary by the agency.
