Position: Strategy & Operations Associate We're seeking a passionate and driven Strategy & Operations Associate to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the core strategies and processes supporting our innovative SaaS products, including Network Inventory and Bill Consolidation. Responsibilities:
Take ownership of defining and scaling processes to support our Bill Consolidation product, encompassing onboarding, ongoing operations, reporting, and financial structures.
Offer strategic guidance and recommendations on platform configurations to align with customer use cases and business processes effectively.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams spanning Product, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and more, ensuring seamless resourcing to deliver top-notch Lightyear software.
Collaborate closely with product leadership to synthesize customer feedback and drive the development of new product features.
Lead and mentor junior team members, guiding them to execute tasks effectively and achieve key metrics. Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or product operations roles within the consumer or enterprise software industry.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage complex customer processes autonomously.
Comfortable navigating and solving ambiguous problems, with excellent communication skills to efficiently convey solutions to stakeholders. Proficient in data processing, analysis, and visualization; proficiency in Excel is a must, with experience in SQL and data visualization tools being advantageous. Capable of managing budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Preferably, some experience in finance or accounting.
A strong desire to thrive in early startup environments!
