Job Description - Sales Administration Manager

Our Sales Administration Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and guidance of Sales Administration functions for all divisions.  

 

What You Will Do in This Role :  

  • Supervision of sales support admin personnel.  
  • Locate and secure and procure new inventory as needed (orders on the factory and dealer transfers) for all divisions.  
  • Oversee CAT tools for traction reporting (Work Tools).  
  • Develop and maintain standard configuration for inventory assets.  
  • Oversee continual training and development of the sales support admin staff.  
  • Supervise the receiving of new/used inventory into DBS.  
  • Ensure weekly inventory audits are performed (accuracy of model, compatibility, group, barometer status, inventory status, product status, inventory customer number, etc.)  
  • Assist with monthly forecast planning as needed.  
  • Ensure completion of the following:  
  • File folder creation for inventory assets.  
  • Coding of vendor payable invoices  
  • Machine files scanned timely and correctly  
  • Manage sales quoting process.  
  • Work with sales reps and sales support admin to create and maintain quotes for sales reps.  
  • Oversee the assignment and un-assignment of attachments to prime products.  
  • Ensure the factory is contacted regarding changes in orders – location, special pricing, etc. Order machines and attachments – as needed and as result of monthly inventory forecast.  
  • Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

  • Previous management of people – with a proven track record of positive employee relations and staff development  
  • Strong computer experience , specifically Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office products  
  • Strong communication and organizational skills  
  • Ability to be proactive and strategic, as well as tactical. Strong creativity and problem-solving skills  
     

What W ill P ut Y ou A head :  

  • Associate’s degree in related field  
  • Two to four years prior experience in similar capacity
