Responsibilities
• Sell unique array of mattresses and accessories • Receive hands-on training in sales, marketing, and business development techniques • Shadow the Store Manager to learn all aspects of retail and people management • Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries about products and services • Seek out information and knowledge about new products • Set and achieve personal goals • Present and prepare contracts, process transactions • Place orders, locate stock • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and store security • Participate in merchandising and product displays
Requirements
• Strong desire to succeed, integrity, commitment, and drive for exceptional customer service • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Minimum of 1 year of previous work experience with regular interaction with people • Coachable and hard-working with a commitment to learning • Desire to set and exceed goals • Ability to grasp new concepts and learn new skills • Comfortable working with clientele and providing excellent customer service • Experience with POS systems and Merchandise Inventory Systems preferred
