Volt is hiring an Operations Specialist - Order Fulfillment in Bothell, WA.
This is a Direct Hire Role As an Operations Specialist you will:

• Schedule and coordinate fulfillment of orders from entry to shipment.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues related to orders, shipments and invoices.
• Complete Oracle transactions including: Return Material Authorizations, credit and rebills, updating part numbers on existing orders.
• Liaison with Sales Support, Field Sales and Marketing personnel as well as Credit, Planning and Shipping departments.
• Comply with established policies/procedures to conform to ISO requirements.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The schedule is: 7am - 4:30pm (fully onsite)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years Order Processing and Fulfillment experience with a strong customer focused mindset
• Strong business acumen, including problem solving, critical thinking.
• Must be able to adapt well to a frequently changing, fast-paced environment
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Sales Force skills helpful.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation requirements and international business practices preferred.

The Pay Rate is: $25-$30 per hour
