The responsibilities for this position include:
-Lifting 50-75 lbs
-Moving drafting tables and furniture with rolling carts
-Follow blueprint of studio layout to arrange desks in each studio
-Move boxes and organize closets
-Organizing all plywood in storage closets on every floor
-Assist with Career Discovery set up and layouts
-Prepare faculty offices for new faculty members arriving
-Work with School of Architecture staff to organize office for start of fall semester
-Arrange classrooms for the start of classes
-Assist OIT with special projects and hardware moving
-Prepare Exhibition Hall for exhibits
-Organize off campus storage unit
-Move various furniture around the building as needed
Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, ability to follow directions and organize, work with diverse groups, and have good communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a 'can do' attitude with motivation to do more.
