Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance. - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and resident satisfaction. - Manage relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. - Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. - Monitor facility finances, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement. - Collaborate with medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure coordinated care for residents. - Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the facility and attract new residents. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Current Administrator's license (LNHA) in the state of Texas. - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a skilled nursing facility. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for skilled nursing facilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting resident-centered care.
