Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Level Administrator to work in our Shrewsbury office. This role requires someone with a sense of urgency, strong Microsoft skills, ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast paced environment, who is also amazing with our customers and team members. Responsible for supporting the residential operations of the business. We are a family, woman and veteran owned company, looking for someone who can take initiative, think critically, and jump in where needed. This position will also be responsible for managing the relationship with all residential customers as well as the back-office administration that goes along with installations including Mass Save rebate and heat loan paperwork. Also responsible for general office organization. Must love working alongside our Chief Cuteness Officer, a Golden Retriever named Kaiya!

Required Qualifications:

  • C ollege degree preferred or 3 years of business administration and customer service
  • Well organized self-starter, ability to work independently and in fast paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal skills, professional phone skills and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic personality able to work well under pressure
