As a Senior Executive Assistant supporting the Global Banking team, you will spend fast-moving days in the office managing a demanding senior leader calendar and travel. You will tap your thought leadership to manage priorities and ensure efficient use of executives’ time. You will also work closely with peers to ensure robust on-site support and backup coverage.
It is helpful to have a strong depth of JP Morgan institutional knowledge, proven ability to navigate the firm fluidly, basic project management skills, strong interpersonal, communication and influence skills. You will need to constantly collaborate with colleagues to provide essential support on the executive floor for the broader leadership team as needed. You should have proven experience proactively supporting senior leaders with large organizations, experience efficiently tracking and organizing deliverables on their behalf. Our new team member must diplomatically represent the senior leader at all levels of the corporate hierarchy which includes interacting with various executive level clients and internal constituents across all lines of businesses and represent the firm professionally at all times both internally and externally.
