Senior Operations Supervisor

Full-time Onsite Position

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to join their team in Monroe, NC. Our client, renowned for their numerous industry accolades, operates nationally and is committed to excellence in manufacturing and production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives within the VIM department.
• Supervise hourly employees in Furnace Repair and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Research and assess compatibility of new equipment, tools, and processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements in Safety, Quality, and Operational Cost.
• Certify and re-certify employees for critical and non-critical operations.
• Plan and coordinate work to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Handle discipline issues and maintain equipment and work area.
• Demonstrate innovation in problem-solving while adhering to company policies.
• Participate in departmental cost reduction efforts and maintain production records.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Solidworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
