• Certified ServiceNow Expert Application Developer
• Well-versed in PSDS, ServiceNow implementation, configuration, administration, development, architecture, and Scrum development methodology

Business Needs & Objectives

• Expert resource in ServiceNow development to guide development teams through all steps of a development project in the PSDS environment
• Expert resource in ServiceNow development to advise on the configuration of the State Enterprise Portal initiative
• Expert resource to provide knowledge transfer and training to development teams on PSDS ServiceNow environment
• Expert resource to provide escalation point support for the development team with regard to ServiceNow issues.
