Job Description - Service Drive Greeter

Job Summary: Chapman Honda, a premier automotive dealership in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Drive Greeter. In this Full Time - hourly role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they enter our Service Drive, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our valued clients. This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers as they enter the Service Drive and direct them to the appropriate service advisor or department
  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide customers with basic information about our services and assist in scheduling appointments
  • Maintain a neat and organized Service Drive area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
  • Assist with any administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
  • Monitor customer wait times and communicate with service advisors to ensure a timely and efficient service experience
  • Address any customer concerns or complaints and escalate to management when necessary
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure that all customer needs are being met
  • Communicate with other departments to facilitate smooth service operations
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve customer service skills
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations while upholding a high level of professionalism at all times
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
