Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Solutions Architect to support ServiceNow out of box and customized solutions
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules by creating and updating forms, scripts, reports, dashboards, catalog items, data imports, UI Actions, ACL's etc.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SSO and LDAP core configurations
• Creating/modifying Automation behind Application, Forms, and Processes
• Must be familiar with ServiceNow customization using JavaScript, XML, HTML, JSON, AJAX, SOAP/REST. Jelly is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration
• Experience with the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework, Event Management and Cloud modules.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with one or more implementations of ServiceNow is required
• ITIL Foundation certification is required
• Experience as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator , Implementation Specialist Certification or Certified Application Developer required
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts with experience operating in Scrum teams
• Valid driver's license required, limited travel to customer sites
