Social Media Marketing Manager

Mad City Windows is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our recruiting department as an Social Media Marketing Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about identifying, attracting, leads throguh Social Media! The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with marketing, sales, and recruiting departments to develop successful social media campaigns. Their duties include communicating with the content creator, overseeing social media campaign schedules, and pulling KPI data to determine social media campaigns’ success.

What You Will Do: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital and social media channels.
• Oversee the content creator and work together to develop creative and attractive content for social media campaigns.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Track consumer engagement to optimize campaign content.
• Setting KPI's for social media campaigns, such as targets for shares/likes/exposure and measuring capaigns performane against the KPI's.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media and advertising efforts.

What We Need From You:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-8 years experience in social media content creation, with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Experiene working for a direct consumer company of 80 Million or more is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
