Description: MUST HAVES:
- Construction management, oversight or lead experience - commercial (electrical or civil) but does NOT need to be in solar but that would be major plus
- Electrical construction experience 1+ recent years
- OSHA 10/OSHA 30
- Knowledge of PDF, word and excel (Microsoft Office). MUST be computer savvy
- Must be local
NICE TO HAVES:
- Solar experience
- First Aid/CPR
- Electrician/electrical experience
Construction Supervisors/Site Supers will be responsible for managing the day to day operations/administrative duties on site. A typical day will start with them on site in the trailer and managing the construction of the project. They will be reporting directly into the construction manager for the projects and will be responsible for sending them daily reports of progress and safety, managing the sub vendors on site and working with the foreman from their sub vendors. Primary duties:
- overlook racking and electrical crews build
- Enforce safety/regulatory policies and procedures
- Set daily/weekly productivity standards for contractors and subs
- Develop 3 week look ahead schedule and work with CM to ensure schedule is met
- Coordinate deliveries or equipment with logistics team and subs
- Reviews plans and specifics
- partner with superintendent on documentation, safety and completion of construction
- Utilize procore for documentation on a company tablet

Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Must have construction management experience - Must have strong computer skills-Microsoft office-everything they do will be in Outlook, excel and word -
- First 40 hours are non-bill- if the consultant leaves before 6 months then we can bill them
- We must provide an OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and first/aid CPR certs for all consultants if they don’t have them- this is to be completed before they go on site
