Spa Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Health Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our operation in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients experience a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience. What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Manage daily spa operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and high standards
Supervise, train, and schedule staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Manage spa finances, records, and vendor relationships
Oversee contracted services and ensure therapists/practitioners are licensed and insured
Develop and implement training programs, standards, and policies
What You Bring: Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within the massage, healthcare, or medical industry
5+ years of experience supervising customer service teams in a medical office or healthcare environment
Knowledge of massage/bodywork preferred, or a willingness to learn
Strong understanding of medical terminology and contraindications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common web browsers
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
