Responsibilities
• Greet and register guests entering the spa/salon/health club/fitness center • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Spa managers • Perform word-processing, typing, emailing, filing, data-entry, and other general office duties • Assist with making travel arrangements and taking notes or dictation • Handle phone calls, process mail, and perform other receptionist tasks
