Supervisor Staffing Operations

Represents Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and Administration to the employees, patients, physicians, visitors, and others as required. Empowered with the authority to direct the performance of all departments in the hospital providing direct or indirect patient care services. Ensures the continuing coordination of operations of all hospital departments being consistent with the organizations values, goals and strategic plan. This position has the authority and responsibility to exercise decisions in all emergency and safety-related situations.

Working under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Supervisor, Scheduling Operations is responsible for creating, retrieving and/or analyzing data that is related to the provision of nursing services. This individual supervises all nursing schedulers to ensure balanced schedules, including appropriate skill mix in nursing departments. Additionally, this position plays a key role in the effective requisition, onboarding, and reconciling invoices of clinical agency staff and assists in and directs activities to insure that all regulatory requirements are met related to orientation, competency validation and maintenance of agency HR files.

Required qualifications:

• Data management experience in a health care setting.

• Experience with Kronos time and attendance system as a super-user.

• Experience processing payroll in Workday.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
