Our client is looking to fill the position of HelpDesk Support. This role will be on site in the New York office.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues onsite for the New York office and remote support to all end users
- Troubleshoot Windows 11 OS, Mac and other operating system issues on a regular basis
- Support AV needs throughout the office, preparing Zoom, Cisco, and Microsoft Teams meetings for employees as needed, managing and fixing issues as they arise
- Prioritize and resolve all onsite and remote IT requests in an organized and timely manner keeping end user informed of the progress to fix the issue
- Perform hands-on fixes, including installing and upgrading software and hardware
- Collaborate with IT, Human Resources, and Administration teams to prepare meetings, new hire technology, and onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain daily technical operations in the New York office
Required Qualifications:- 3 – 5 years of onsite and remote technology support
- Troubleshooting Windows, Mac, Cisco, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and OneDrive experience required
- Experience with Building Management Systems, Azure ID, and Cloud based storage solutions strongly preferred
- Experience with Bloomberg (preferred)and apps like Slack and Teams preferred
- Relevant experience required, undergraduate degree from accredited College/University preferred
