Job Description - Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Exciting opportunity for an administrative support professional to join the staff of an international well known company.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support the Talent Acquisition Team.

Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Administrative Assistant

Location: Charleston, South Carolina – on site

Status: Temp to Hire

Pay: $25.00 hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support a team of full-time recruiters

  • Schedule interviews, including coordinating travel and processing trip reimbursements

  • Create, maintain and provide accurate up-to-date data and reports

  • Draft and extend offer letters, collect signed documents

  • Update new hire files to include background checks, drug screens and all new hire paperwork

  • Initiate and review references, background checks, drug screens and physicals with third party vendors

  • Establish and communicate new hire start dates

  • Reconcile credit cards monthly

  • Participate in interviews for both hourly and salaried

  • Conduct exit interviews

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree strongly preferred

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an Administrative role supporting a team

  • Recruitment or Human Resources experience a plus

  • Must have strong MS Office experience
