3+ years experience with adult learning theory and instructional design. Practical experience consulting with internal business partners to identify needs and develop innovative solutions. Experience facilitating in large group settings. Construction or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Benefits
The range for this position has been established at $64,960 to $91,756 and is US Engineering Construction’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
