Team Member - Social Media Marketing Specialist

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Executive Director of Sales and Brand Growth in creating and executing creative marketing strategies along with maintaining the social media accounts and involvement of community events. They will think strategically and creatively as they look to serve others and create Remarkable experiences at Chick-fil-A, 48th & O Street. This position will require working a minimum of 25 hrs of Operations and 10 hours of *Administration time to fulfill the Social Media Marketing Specialist position (for Full-Time).

• Social media strategy: Developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, web traffic, etc.
• Content creation: Creating and sharing engaging content that's informative, appealing while abiding to CFA Brand Guardrails
• Collaboration: Create monthly Marketing strategies for Chick-fil-A, 48th & O St
• Data Analysis: Execute In-store and Outside Marketing Activities
• Communicate & seek input from the 48th & O Team, on Marketing Plan
• Ensure Real Food is being leveraged daily (Sampling, Whole product distribution, Lemonade Demo. Etc...)
• Ensure Chick-fil-A Cow is leveraged daily (Cow mascot, plush cow, cow truck)
• Constantly being an advocate for growing the Chick-fil-A Brand inside and outside the store leveraging The Brand Strategy: Food, People, Cows, Influence by establishing a culture of Continuous Improvement
• Build and Maintain relationships with schools, local businesses & the community
• Maintain Business and Professional contacts
• Involve Chick-fil-A in community-wide events
• Strong and growing brand/reputation in the community

*Administration hours will be the only hours dedicated to work on Social Media Marketing
