MW Partners is currently seeking a Technical Rev Ops Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
The Technical Revenue Operations primary role is to enable the Order Management team to perform all the roles and functions they require to support Digital Experience/Digital Media enterprise and channel business models.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Enablement training on all new projects/processes that are created as the business needs change and will be delivered to our business partners.
- This team also has full accountability for high level communication in terms of order status, deal review and query resolution!
- Providing actionable insights to Order Management, Provisioning, Credit, Trade Sanctions, and Tax on orders that require their action and the steps to resolve orders in blocked status.
- Oversee Revenue Operations error handling processes to ensure compliance with our controls, focusing on audits and ensuring all necessary checks and validations are in place and reviewed
- Manage large transformational projects for Revenue Operations to align with long-term strategy and success. Provide program requirements for building solutions that enable Revenue Operations to fulfill duties without extra resources, extended SLAs, or compromised controls.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management processes and guidelines, from design to implementation in production environments.
- Assist our stakeholders in launching new projects and processes effectively, while also ensuring business continuity to our customers
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of tools and systems that allows the user to support the Revenue Operations groups, this includes ECC/SFDC/SharePoint/D365 to name a few.
- Proactively address daily system queries and issues, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolution while ensuring affected teams are informed.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of beneficial process changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction within the Pricing and Revenue Operations Organization (PROps).
- Support increased workload and additional hours when required month/quarter end, Project go live, which could include weekends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Specific experience in industry and function, particularly in Project Management and Change Management.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with an approachable and open attitude to questions and challenges
