Job Summary: Are you a problem-solving wizard with a knack for technical support? We're seeking a Technical Support Operations Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our cutting-edge e-commerce marketplace solution. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive impactful change in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Provide Tier 2 support to address customer transactional issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and procedures.
Collaborate with Quality Verification, Development, and Product Management teams to identify bugs, resolve issues, and provide feedback for ongoing product enhancement.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis of issues, collaborating with development and taking ownership of resolutions.
Contribute to the enhancement of operational tools and processes as part of the Operational Tool Scrum team.
Engage directly with customers to understand and meet their evolving needs throughout their buyer journey.
Proactively identify bottlenecks, seize opportunities, and implement solutions to optimize business processes.
Lead initiatives to improve processes and operational tools, enhancing visibility, efficiency, and output quality.
What You'll Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting systems, with experience in e-commerce, Salesforce, Payment Service Providers, APIs, SAP, IT Layer, and SPLUNK preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience in gathering requirements and contributing to functional specifications.
Authorization to work in the US.
